Mark Tran
Managing Director

Mark returned to Vietnam after 26 years in America to establish Transcend People, Limited in 2004. Previously, Mark was the Director of Business Development of Brainpower, Inc. an internet exchange for IT professionals and human resources consulting company. Mark was the General Manager for S.M.A.R.T. Inc., a business process outsourcing firm specializing in call center management. At S.M.A.R.T. Inc., Mark implemented projects for leading companies including MBNA Bank, Sanwa Bank, SBC-Pacific Bell, and AEGIS Mortgage Corporation.

David Tang
Operations Manager

David was General Manager of IFS Limited, an international logistics company where he established a new regional office for their west coast operations. Prior to IFS Limited, David was Operations Manager for WPC Consolidators where he built and maintained relationships with world-class companies including United Airlines, American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, American President Lines, and Maersk Sealand. He graduated from California State University of Los Angeles with a degree in International Business.

Felix Schopp
Project Supervisor

Felix graduated in International Business and went on to obtain his Masters degrees in Asian Studies and Business in Sinapore, Thailand and China. He's held various positions across Asia, specializing in HR Management for large reputatable companies namely Suessen Asia in India and Bosch in Japan. Felix's interests include learning about driving forces in economic growth and local business culture in Asia.

Susan Konstanz
Project Supervisor

Susan has lived in Ho Chi Minh City since 2006. Susan has experience as an instructor teaching English as a second language and has worked with students of all ages. She graduated from Iowa State University with her BA in English Literature. She also received her TESOL certification in 2007.

Craig McKinney
Project Supervisor

Craig has performed both Operational and Sales roles in the fields of Industrial Automation and Solar Power. His accounts have included NASA, BMW, ESAB, Embrex and the State of North Carolina. After acquiring extensive experience in Asia and Latin America, Craig studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, graduating Magna Cum Laude in International Studies with a Comparative Studies degree focused in Security.

Miriam Stoeckert
Quality Assurance Supervisor

Miriam graduated from an apprenticeship in office management. For the last 6 years she has worked in several agencies in the communications and PR fields in Germany. Her accounts have included General Electric, Siemens, MAN, Disney, and Microsoft. Miriam´s first visit to Vietnam was in 2009. She came back in 2011 to work for TPL.

Ken Tran
Board Advisor

Ken established and is the Managing Director of Tiger Drylac Vietnam, a joint venture with TigerWerk, a global leader in coating systems. In addition to Tiger Drylac, Ken is also the founder of CNCD, Ltd. a sales and service firm for industrial products, and is the only authorized distributor for Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) and EFD in Vietnam. Ken also serves on the board for Zi-TechAsia a joint venture with Zuellig Industrial Group.

Ken has a broad range of business, sales, technical, and operational experience across all business segments. His professional experiences spans over 25 years, in America and Vietnam. He returned to Vietnam in 1995 after 15 years in America in senior management roles with General Motors (NYSE: GE) and Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN). Ken received his BA and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
