Background:
The client is an industry specific consulting company that provides companies and organizations with targeted statistics to improve their market position. The client wanted to outsource its labor intensive document coding functions in order to focus on core business activities and expand operations to other markets. TPL was selected as the strategic partner to accomplish this objective.
TPL's solution:
The client and TPL designed a changeover plan to be implemented over a 6 month period. The plan was geared to test if outsourcing specific business processes would be feasible under the client's unique requirements and in anticipation of expansion.
